The square pieces of laminates connect with each other and float above the sub floor. This allows expanding and contracting with temperature changes.
In pre-glued installation method you need to activate the glue with water as instructed and install the squares in their respective places. This method is less messy but may require some tools. Glue procedure as name implies involves gluing of laminate pieces in the proper order. In this method you may have to use fillers and wedges to tap the blocks and fill the spaces. His method could be bit messy but is very straight forward.
Glue-less method is the most advanced and latest method for installation. It uses connectors which get hooked to each other and fasten tightly on floor. Once you understand this procedure you can do it very fast with method. After installation with this method floor look very tidy and professional.
